About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sr. Software Architect/Developer to join our team and contribute to shaping our technology strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in software architecture and development to lead the design and implementation of complex software systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to set project timelines and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of technical standards and methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
  • Pitch software design proposals to executives and stakeholders for approval.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software development and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, Angular, Razor, Blazor, etc.
  • Experience with database design and data modeling.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
