We are seeking an experienced Administrative Banking Coordinator to join our team at Adecco Puerto Rico.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily banking operations, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

As an Operations Assistant, you will be the key link in communicating effectively with clients, intermediaries, and correspondent banks.

Bachelor's degree completed or recently graduated.

Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

Proficiency in MS Office and its applications (advanced Excel).

Knowledge of finance or financial concepts.

1 year of experience as an Operations Assistant in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure the smooth execution of daily banking operations.
  • Handle orders for payments and securities transactions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of securities and cash orders.
  • Compile and manage critical financial reports.
  • Administer the bank's prepaid card program.
