Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our calendar and deadlines, answering phone calls, scheduling meetings or appointments, preparing production of documents, legal records, assembling exhibits, affidavits and other legal documents, maintaining filing systems and databases, ensuring timely and efficient processing of legal documents, assisting in the preparation of notarial documents, communicating with solicitors and clients, and handling confidential information with discretion.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must be FULLY bilingual (English and Spanish) written and verbally, possess good communication skills, have computer and database expertise (MS Word, Power Point and Excel), be able to create tables and scan/copy documents, have good typing and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, maintain confidentiality, think critically, and work effectively as part of a team.
