About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Appleone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, is accurate, and efficient in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately in our system
- Utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for creating documents and emails
- Assist with property title searches and review legal documents
- Process incoming documents for data entry
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Fast typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent reading and comprehension skills in English
- Ability to work with data recorders and optical scanners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
