Job Description

At Prime Janitorial Service, we are seeking a Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies and attracting new clients for our cleaning and maintenance line of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing the sales cycle to penetrate the most promising new accounts.
  • Identifying and building relationships with the appropriate account buyers.
  • Establishing a reputation with assigned prospects as a trusted advisor with industry knowledge and solution expertise.
  • Proactively identifying potential needs of prospects, recommending best-fit solutions with a clear value proposition for the account.
  • Driving territory sales to achieve annual sales objectives through calling on existing accounts and identifying and developing new accounts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in sales, including extensive cold calling, preferably in the cleaning, industrial, or supply chain industry.
  • Strong previous outside sales experience meeting monthly and quarterly sales quotas and developing new business.
  • Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
