Sales Executive Overview
At Prime Janitorial Service, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing sales strategies and attracting new clients for our cleaning and maintenance line of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sales cycle to penetrate new accounts
• Identify and build relationships with key account buyers
• Establish reputation as a trusted advisor with industry knowledge and solution expertise
• Proactively identify potential customer needs and recommend best-fit solutions
• Drive territory sales to achieve annual objectives through calling on existing accounts and developing new business
• Coordinate sales efforts on major projects within the region
• Develop and maintain expert understanding of PRIME solutions and competitor offerings
• Research and identify emerging trends that influence PRIME's value proposition
• Proactively manage pipeline and update opportunities in a timely fashion
• Identify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiencies
• Achieve assigned bookings quota and provide estimates, demos, and close deals
• Promote and sell products, cleaning services, maintenance equipment, and services in an assigned sales territory
• Plan sales and gross profit goals for self and territory
• Develop yearly objectives for each key account
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive knowledge of customer potential in the territory
• Develop high-potential prospects to guarantee future sales growth
• Build customer and vendor relationships and partnerships through joint planning and sales calls
• Communicate with internal customers and review accounts with internal stakeholders
• Negotiate and update customer contracts
• Communicate product, service, and price changes to customers
• Monitor and ensure quality customer service
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Seek out prospective customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Convert prospects and leads into customers
• Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and calls
• Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Availability to travel around Florida and nearby states
• Proven ability to grow new business and source and hunt for new business opportunities and customers
• Ability to deal with a variety of customers in a highly professional and diplomatic manner
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, and written communication skills
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field required
• Minimum 5 years of increasingly responsible sales experience in the cleaning, industrial, or supply chain industry
