About the Role

The Qrc Group, Llc is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to support its day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality and compliance, with a strong understanding of regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

This role will involve:
- Verifying quality documentation and regulations
- Overseeing the execution and remediation of procedural guidelines
- Conducting assessments and making changes to engineering or documents as needed
- Reporting on quality improvement activities
- Investigating opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing line issues

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in quality and/or compliance, preferably in the medical device industry
- Knowledge of applicable US and non-US regulations
- Proficiency in Quality Engineering principles and applications
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both oral and written)

Compensation and Benefits
