Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator - Procurement Specialist to join our team at Qrc Group Llc.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated industries, coordinating material planning effectively and purchasing functions, ensuring timely delivery of components to production.

Main Responsibilities:

• Compare and verify purchase orders against forecasted raw materials, components, and related requirements to ensure adequate supplies for production.
• Analyze statistical data to determine buying trends/volumes and establish price objectives/opportunities.
• Negotiate prices, select or recommend suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery for nonstandard or larger than normal orders.
• Manage and maintain inventory, identify discrepancies, and check schedule delivery dates with suppliers regarding late deliveries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and three (3) years of experience in a related area.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English - Spoken/Written).
• Computer literacy.
