Lead Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Manager to join our team at Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC. As a key member of our Capital Projects area, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects, from planning and implementation to monitoring, completion, and follow-up.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least five years of experience in project management within the regulated industry. You should be bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all project stages, including developing documentation, generating reports, and leading teams.
• Establish and achieve project standards for work quality and quantity.
• Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet scientific, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Manage and track project budgets.
• Liaison with Management, Department Heads, Leaders, team leaders, and members to obtain their input on the benefits, needs, and issues associated with the project.
• Maintain the master project plan and schedule for assigned projects.
• Recommend and develop operational or process improvements for the performance and successful functioning of the project team.
• Generate periodic updates and prepare formal presentations for required forums.
• Provide senior management and department heads with project management support.
• Ensure project work complies with domestic (may also involve international) regulatory requirements and approved guidelines relevant to the area of responsibility.

Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
