Job Title: Material Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Qrc Group Llc.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to coordinate the material planning effectively and purchasing functions. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of components to production, analyzing statistical data to determine buying trends/volumes and establish price objectives and/or opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compare and verify purchase orders against forecasted raw material, components, and related requirements to ensure adequate supplies are ordered for production.
  • Review and analyze statistical data to determine buying trends/volumes and establish price objectives and/or opportunities.
  • Negotiate prices, select or recommend suppliers with respect to cost, quality, and delivery for nonstandard or larger than normal orders.
  • Manage and maintain inventory, identifying discrepancies and requisites.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
  • Three (3) years of experience in related area.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English - Spoken/Written).
  • Computer literacy.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $**65,000**-$**80,000**, depending on location and qualifications.
