Strategic Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team at Qrc Group Llc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the material planning effectively and purchasing functions ensuring timely delivery of components to production.

As a Strategic Procurement Specialist, you will play a key part in comparing and verifying purchase orders against forecasted raw materials, components, and related requirements to ensure adequate supplies are ordered for production.

You will also review and analyze statistical data to determine buying trends/volumes and establish price objectives and/or opportunities.

• Negotiate prices and select or recommend suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery for nonstandard or larger than normal orders
• Manage and maintain inventory
• Identify discrepancies and check schedule delivery dates, making contact with suppliers about late deliveries

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and three (3) years of experience in a related area. Additionally, you must be bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written) and possess computer literacy.
