Job Description

The Qrc Group Llc is seeking a highly skilled Material Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to coordinate the material planning process and ensure timely delivery of components to production.

This involves comparing and verifying purchase orders against forecasted raw material, components, and related requirements to guarantee adequate supplies are ordered for production.

In addition, the successful candidate will review and analyze statistical data to determine buying trends/volumes and establish price objectives and/or opportunities.

They will also be responsible for reviewing comparison charts, proposals, negotiating prices, selecting or recommending suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery for non-standard or larger than normal orders.

Maintaining inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and scheduling deliveries are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • Three (3) years of experience in a related field
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English (spoken/written)
  • Computer literacy

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and is subject to negotiation.
