Job Description
The HR Administrative Specialist for Employee Relations will provide essential support to the Employee Relations team. This role involves handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of employee relations activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with documentation and filing of employee relations cases.
- Maintain, organize, and review employee records and confidential files.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Employee Relations team.
- Compile and analyze data for employee relations reports.
- Support additional job notifications, domestic violence protocols, and other processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Customer service skills.
- Business acumen.
- Knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Knowledge of financial institutions' regulatory and compliance matters.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and customer focus skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong communication skills (fully bilingual with excellent written and verbal skills in Spanish and English).
