The Human Resources Generalist will form part of the team responsible for managing the workforce within Jsr. This role is crucial in assessing the employment needs of the company and finding suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary

As an HR Generalist, you will be working closely with the HR Director and Managers to determine staffing requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with senior management to identify recruitment needs
  • Screening resumes and cover letters
  • Conducting interviews with potential candidates
  • Providing administrative support to the HR department

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is highly desirable

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
