About the RoleJob Summary

You'll work independently and with an Aesthetic Nurse Injector to deliver high-quality care to patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting with non-surgical aesthetic treatments, maintaining a clean clinical environment, ordering inventory, responding to patient inquiries, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and adequately stocked clinical environment
  • Clean and prepare exam rooms based on scheduled procedures
  • Room patients and collect vital signs, demographic information, and patient medical history
  • Document the same in Portrait's Electronic Medical Record
  • Obtain photo consent from patients and take pre- and post-procedure photos
  • Perform administrative tasks such as checking out patients, collecting payment, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and replying to non-clinical patient questions
  • Order inventory and ancillary supplies
  • Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance within the practice
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in medspa, cosmetic surgery, or dermatology practice
  • Previous experience with EMR preferred
  • Must be able to multitask and perform tasks accurately and consistently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA
  • Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision
  • Excellent and professional patient interaction skills
