Your Role
In this critical position, you will play a vital role in supporting our members by providing exceptional customer service via phone calls. Your efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness will make a significant impact on their experience.
You will be responsible for scheduling in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners, answering inbound calls, and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns. This is a high-volume, customer-facing environment that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 1+ years of call center or customer service experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements
- Ability to work 40 hours/assigned 8-hour shifts between our normal business hours of Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 8:30pm
- Proficiency with computer, Windows PC, and web applications including ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system application
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
