- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in customer relations management, operations experience, customer service environments, or similar customer support roles in the Healthcare industry.
- At least 3 years of experience supervising staff.
- Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) is preferred.
