Key Responsibilities- Manage compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures by analyzing and interpreting reports; implementing and monitoring human resource compliance processes; and ensuring confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
- Identify and define financial metrics that impact an outcome. Research and reconcile AR, matching carrier payments to open AR, and provide rebilling and refunds to carriers. Research and resolve unapplied cash efficiently and timely for Sam's Club and Walmart through insurance outreach, portal access, and claims review.
- Provide necessary details (EOB/835 files) for posting to reduce both unapplied cash and account receivable. Perform basic analyses based on direction provided and then effectively communicate analysis results to appropriate stakeholders. Understand factors and trends related to financial performance. Assess remittances, using web portals, and apply payments made to Walmart pharmacies and vision centers across multiple subledgers.
- Utilize Excel to ensure correct payment collections. Research, correct, and resubmit denied claims for payment. Address opportunities to decrease the number of denied claims. Verify daily and monthly deposit amounts by pulling reports. Manage functional partnerships through collaboration with stakeholders and vendors. Drive innovation within our team while ensuring data accuracy.
