Automation Technician III

The successful candidate will work with our team to upgrade Alloyd Tray sealers with Advanced Controls (PLC, Cognex barcode scanner, HMI, sensors). This role requires a strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLC) system integration.

• Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems.
• Operate related equipment; conduct tests and report data in a prescribed format.
• Perform calibration and alignment checks; make adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.
• Prepare prescribed compounds and solutions.

• Technical certification with PLC, Vision Systems, sensors, packaging process, automated equipment.
• FDA regulations knowledge.
• Project management and validation protocols knowledge.
• Four (4) years of previous experience as a Technician.

$65,000 - $85,000 per year.
