Office Assistant - Housing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our Housing team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and organization of paperwork and documents. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to members located in the Columbus, Ohio office
  • Reviewing documents for errors and missing information
  • Following up with tenants and landlords
  • Updating record systems
  • Operating office equipment in a fast-paced environment

You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relations with owners, applicants, participants, and stakeholders. This role may involve additional projects as needed.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk environment
  • Experience reviewing and organizing data
  • Excellent soft skills, including timeliness and commitment
