Leasing Associate

Under the direction of the Real Estate Manager, the Leasing Associate is responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, executing marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct leasing activities, respond to inquiries, and provide tours of apartments and amenities.
• Develop and implement marketing programs, including merchant and neighborhood referral initiatives.
• Support the Assistant RE Manager with tracking renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate.
• Collect and process application fees, security deposits, rents, and other fees.
• Enter prospect and resident data into Entrata in a timely manner.
• Comply with Fair Housing regulations, local/state regulations, and other laws.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
• 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver's license.
