We are seeking an accomplished sales representative to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co., a leading provider of vacation experiences. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceptional service, we strive to put the world on vacation.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time opportunity that requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face presentations to prospective and current owners, highlighting the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our vacation club.
  • Meet or exceed minimum performance goals, utilizing advanced sales techniques and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Attend ongoing training sessions and department meetings to stay informed about industry trends and company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the timeshare industry.
  • Familiarity with Owners Sales line and ability to maintain production standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional education or certifications beneficial.
