Sales Representative Job Overview

This sales role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing commonality and building rapport with prospective and/or current owners, articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations, and demonstrating a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts.
  • Finding commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
  • Communicating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
  • Generating sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
  • Leveraging prequalified leads provided by the company.
  • Attending ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.
  • Must maintain production standards.
  • Full availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Compensation and Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $50,000 - $80,000 based on performance and location. This figure is subject to change based on individual performance and market conditions.
