Job OverviewThis role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales. As an In-House Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for establishing commonality and building rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
Your primary goal will be to articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations and demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.
You'll conduct face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts.
- Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
- Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
- Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
Responsibilities include:
- Effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.
- Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on sales information and materials, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience (preferred).
- Maintain production standards.
- Full-time availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Experience with Owners Sales line in Timeshares (preferred).
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to overcome objections.
