Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including cold and hot foods, using proper food safety procedures.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all food items meet our high standards.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Follow recipes, menus, and production schedules to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
- High School Equivalent/GED (Preferred)
- 1+ years experience in high-volume kitchen (Preferred)
- Excellent reading, writing, math, and measuring skills
- Ability to work in a kitchen environment
- Basic computer skills
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Time management skills
- Able to stand, reach, stoop up to 8 hours at a time
