Key Responsibilities:
As a Line Cook at Lessing's Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for setting up stations, preparing a variety of foods, and maintaining a prepared and sanitary work area at all times. You will work closely with the Chef to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen is run efficiently.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2+ years experience as a Line Cook and a culinary degree. You must also be available to work weekends and nights.
