Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing financials, developing sales programs, and leading departments towards a shared vision. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing financials, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure divisional profitability.
• Developing and implementing sales programs, including sales rep development, prospect identification, and territory creation.
• Providing guidance and support to all departments, ensuring effective communication, coaching, and training.
• Measuring performance against company goals and standards, establishing targets for improvement in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee relations.
• Providing leadership and direction to Sr. Division Managers, ensuring policy deployment and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

We seek a candidate with a minimum of seven years of Sr. Management experience in the wholesale food distribution industry. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated ability to lead people and drive results, with a proven track record in sales leadership, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing techniques. Additional requirements include:

• A BA in Business or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong technical skills in materials and inventory management, production scheduling, and preventive maintenance.
• Quality orientation, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Intermediary MS Office Suite and computer proficiency.
