Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Compañía Dedicada A La Construcción. As an Office Clerk, you will provide general clerical support, perform routine activities, and maintain a high level of housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare settings for project meetings, including room and hard copy handouts.
  • Scan documents and drawings as requested and file them into the document control system.
  • Fulfill administrative tasks, such as filling in hardcopy documents and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide technical support to the program management team regarding systems used to manage project information.
  • Review documents for completeness, clarity, approvals, and release authorization.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience in administrative duties or an Associate degree with 3 years of experience.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish).
  • Office 365 and MS Office experience required.
  • Basic knowledge of copiers, printers, and scanners.
  • File Systems Experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer interface skills.
