Key Responsibilities- Prepare settings for project meetings, including room and hard copy handouts.
- Scan documents and drawings as requested and file them into the document control system.
- Fulfill administrative tasks, such as filling in hardcopy documents and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide technical support to the program management team regarding systems used to manage project information.
- Review documents for completeness, clarity, approvals, and release authorization.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience in administrative duties or an Associate degree with 3 years of experience.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Office 365 and MS Office experience required.
- Basic knowledge of copiers, printers, and scanners.
- File Systems Experience.
- Excellent communication and customer interface skills.
