Administrative Assistant for Lease Disbursements

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Popular Bank. As an Administrative Assistant for Lease Disbursements, you will play a critical role in supporting our Lease Disbursements unit.
Key Responsibilities- Review daily leasing files and deliver them to the Customer Service unit for customer documentation
- Digitize leasing files daily in accordance with established processes
- Send digitized files to the corresponding company
- Prepare reports as needed
- Deliver files, documents, and other materials to other units and departments
- Maintain and update loan files
- Answer telephone calls, direct calls, and take messages
- Assist visitors
- At least one (1) year of experience in administrative tasks and customer service
- Experience in auto loan documentation is preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and verify data integrity
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to establish priorities and work with multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint
- Oral and written communication in English is preferred
