The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office systems or a related field, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant - Audit Team member, you will play a critical role in supporting the audit process and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the audit team, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing schedules
  • Developing and implementing effective processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and to continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
