Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our Clinical Trial team at Sigma, Inc. in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for clinical trial contracts and data management
  • Assist with contract document preparation and review
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with web-based applications and data management systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience
