Job Overview: We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, etc. for upper management.
- Organize team events and meetings, including arranging facilities and caterers when needed.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Answer and redirect phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant.
- Strong calendar management experience, ideally for the executive level.
- Well-organized, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
