Job Description: As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by managing records, coordinating with consultants, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of service requests, pre/post tests, and other reports.
- Coordinate with consultants to schedule service dates and deliver materials.
- Provide administrative support to educational consultants, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Implement office policies by following up on procedures and standards.
- Offer technical assistance through Zoom or in-person meetings.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Applications and Adobe Acrobat is required.
- Ability to navigate Internet, social media, and virtual platforms is necessary.
- Experience in invoicing and bookkeeping is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
