Job Description:

The Ladgov Corporation seeks a dedicated Religious Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating and supporting religious education programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Attend regular meetings with the Parish Council and other stakeholders to discuss and coordinate religious education initiatives
  • Manage and maintain a detailed calendar of religious education events, including preparation and distribution of promotional materials
  • Track program attendance, assist with resetting facilities, and prepare facility reservation requests
  • Support seasonal programs, such as Vacation Bible School, Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Easter activities

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative coordination within religious education or related fields
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with proficiency in word processing and other administrative tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a pluralistic environment, respecting diverse faiths and perspectives
  • Familiarity with military environments or religious support programs is an advantage
  • Strong professional conduct and respectful communication skills, aligned with the values of the Army Chaplain Corps
