Job Title: Office Clerk

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Clerk.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of service requests, pre/post tests, and other reports.
  • Coordinate with consultants to schedule service dates and deliver materials.
  • Provide administrative support to educational consultants, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Implement office policies by following up on procedures and standards.
  • Offer technical assistance through Zoom or in-person meetings.
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office Applications and Adobe Acrobat is required.
  • Ability to navigate Internet, social media, and virtual platforms is necessary.
  • Experience in invoicing and bookkeeping is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
