You will work closely with our development teams to implement Agile methodologies, optimize team productivity, and provide visibility into delivery targets and progress.
Key Responsibilities- Support software engineering teams through Kanban/Scrum Agile methodologies
- Ensure teams maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery
- Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress
- Identify and resolve impediments using network of peers and formal channels
- Support Release Train Engineers, Product & Tech Teams to remove impediments and manage dependencies for delivery
- Coach teams on Agile and Lean principles, backlog refinement, and prioritization
- Develop and implement processes to improve team collaboration and self-organization
- Act as an Agile mentor and coach to other Scrum Masters or Agile roles
- At least 2 years of Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies
- At least 4 years of Technology Project Delivery experience
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 2+ years of experience with Jira, Jira Align, or Confluence, and certifications such as Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or PMI's Agile Certified Professional (ACP)
