Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our DevSecOps strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in system IT, experience working with public cloud platforms, and a broad understanding of both current and legacy technologies. This role requires a passion for efficiency, the ability to inspire and motivate others, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the DevSecOps Community of Practice to define and evolve the strategy and roadmap for implementing DevSecOps practices and tools.
• Develop and promote best practices for SDLC and DevSecOps across technologies and teams.
• Advocate development best practices and technical architecture, driving adoption of new technologies across multiple functional teams.
• Present technical concepts and solutions to internal and external audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in system IT.
• Experience working with public cloud platforms.
• Broad experience with DevOps adoption and the Software Development Life Cycle in an Agile environment.
• Foundational understanding of both current and legacy technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
