At Biopharma Consulting Jad Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Development Manager to lead our plant engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project development, execution, and management. Key responsibilities include:

Project Development
  • Develop and administer conceptual designs for plant capital projects.
  • Oversee the utilization of contracted A/E firms and construction contractors.

In addition to these duties, the Senior Project Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate and site operational guidelines, maintaining training related to the position, and managing cost estimates for all capital projects.

A bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, civil, electrical, industrial, or mechanical) is required, along with 10+ years of experience in plant engineering (maintenance and/or projects). Proficiency in Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies is also necessary. Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, FDA, DEA, and environmental regulations in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Bilingualism in English and Spanish is an asset.
