Job Description:

Predictive Maintenance Professional

The Predictive Maintenance Professional at PdMtech, Inc. plays a vital role in overseeing and managing a team of technicians responsible for predictive maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Task Planning and Coordination
  • Safety and Compliance Management
  • Team Performance Enhancement and Training
  • Customer Relationship Building and Reporting
  • Maintenance Metrics and KPI Tracking
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support Provision
  • Project Support and Consultation Services
  • Documentation and Record Keeping

Qualifications and Skills:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Certification in Predictive Maintenance Technologies is desirable

Experience:

Preferred Experience:
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in Maintenance, Precision Services, or related fields
  • Familiarity with Rotor Balancing and Machine Shaft Alignment
