Reliability Solutions Engineer Position Summary

The Reliability Solutions Engineer at PdMtech, Inc. is responsible for managing a team of technicians who perform predictive maintenance activities, focusing on equipment reliability and performance enhancement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Scheduling and Task Management
  • Safety and Compliance Procedures Development
  • Team Performance Improvement and Development
  • Customer Report Generation and Communication
  • Maintenance Metrics Analysis and Reporting
  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support Services
  • Project Consultation and Guidance
  • Documentation Management

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Certification in Predictive Maintenance Technologies is highly recommended

Preferred Experience:

Desirable Experience:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Maintenance, Precision Services, or related fields
  • Knowledge of Rotor Balancing and Machine Shaft Alignment
