International Sales Growth Manager

As an International Sales Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving our export development efforts. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, expanding export territories, and managing sales operations to achieve significant growth in international sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in targeted markets.
- Export Territory Management: Develop and execute plans to manage export territories effectively, ensuring timely and effective delivery of products to customers.
- Sales Operations: Manage sales pipelines, analyze customer data, and optimize pricing applications to maximize sales performance and achieve business objectives.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels across all export territories.
- Billing and Collection: Ensure timely billing and collection of payments from customers, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and analyze reports to track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional manner, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in export territory sales.
- Training and Development: Participation in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge is essential.
- Pricing Applications: Knowledge of pricing applications and the ability to analyze data to optimize sales performance is critical.
