Plant Engineering Director

Biopharma Consulting Jad Group invites applications for the position of Plant Engineering Director.

This role involves overseeing the administration, development, and implementation of plant capital projects. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of capital projects, including cost control, scheduling, compliance, and vendor management. Additionally, they will ensure proper utilization of contracted A/E firms and construction contractors, and coordinate with internal teams and external engineering firms or contractors for project execution.

To excel in this role, one must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles. A bachelor's degree in engineering and 10+ years of experience in plant engineering are essential qualifications. Knowledge of PMI methodologies and familiarity with industry-specific regulations are highly valued assets.
