Your Key Responsibilities:
- Listen actively to understand the needs of our customers and provide assistance accordingly.
- Ask relevant questions to determine the most suitable procedures to resolve customer issues.
- Document all interactions in computer systems to ensure seamless communication.
- Research complex issues across multiple databases and collaborate with support resources to resolve member or provider concerns.
- Assist customers in navigating our websites while encouraging them to become self-sufficient in using our tools.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems or 1+ years of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as primary instruments.
- Proven intermediate Windows PC navigation proficiency or higher and ability to navigate in multiple systems.
- Availability to work 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work any 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours (7:00am-12:00pm), including rotating Saturdays.
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is required.
