Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at OneDigital. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of our HR systems, providing top-notch support to our internal and external customers, and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for HR systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper support for clients
  • Implement new system features and train team members on their use
  • Work with external vendor support teams to resolve technical functionality issues and request software enhancements
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement throughout the HRIS team and our customers

Requirements:

  • Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Three to five years related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Knowledge of ERP and HCM software systems and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers

Preferred Skills:

  • Certified Payroll Professional or Fundamentals of Payroll Certification a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency with Windows and Excel
  • Capable of navigating multiple types of client interactions appropriately and possesses strong client relationship building skills

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
