Inside Sales Professional Role

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating new leads, developing strong relationships with customers, and managing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Providing product information and assisting customers with inquiries and product recommendations
- Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
