What You'll Do- Rotate through functional areas within one of our lines of business (Recycling, Mills, Fabrication)
- Participate in CMC's Safety Programs and uphold the CMC Safety Culture
- Train on and safely operate mechanical equipment as required
- Participate in developmental trainings and business projects
- Attend Sales meetings, trainings, and activities as required
- Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of the program
- Ability to work under the guidelines of CMC's core values and safety standards
- Ability to work in the elements (hot, cold, wet, etc) as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Ability to work within all levels of the organization (shop floor to upper management)
- Strong customer service skills
