Job Description:

The Grants Administration Lead is responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective grant management practices are in place. Your expertise in policy development, SOPs, and grant compliance will enable you to successfully lead this initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop risk assessments tools and performs compliance audits to identify potential issues
  • Uphold quality control and compliance monitoring methodologies based on the requirements of the program contract and funding source
Requirements:
  • Experience with multiple federally funded programs is a plus
  • Knowledge of principles, techniques, and guidelines relative to grants and contract administration
