About the Role:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a high-performing team of veterinary technicians, empowering them to deliver top-notch patient care and maintain the highest standards of clinical procedures.
  • Patient Care: Oversee and assist with the preparation, monitoring, and recovery of animals during surgical and medical procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Clinic Operations: Maintain and manage medical supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal inventory levels and seamless workflow.
  • Client Interaction: Educate clients on post-treatment care, preventive care, and medication administration, addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Emergency Care: Provide immediate attention and support in emergency situations, prioritizing the health and well-being of animals and their owners.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Veterinary Knowledge: Strong understanding of veterinary procedures, protocols, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate clients and team members alike.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate records.
