About the Job:
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 4+ months commitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including contractor management, quality control, safety compliance, and material inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation throughout the project.
- Contractor Oversight: Manage and supervise contractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and adhere to established timelines.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all project activities are conducted in accordance with industry standards and regulations, prioritizing worker safety and well-being.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- Reporting and Progress Updates: Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements:
