Project Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Flexible & Integrated Technical Services, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading capital projects from planning to completion.

Job Description:

• Support execution activities of capital projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate project requirements with manufacturing operation and support areas to enable project implementation activities.
• Manage all aspects of project(s): planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
• Establish and achieve project standards for working quality and quantity.
• Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet scientific, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Manage and track project budget(s).
• Liaison with Management, Department Heads, Leaders, team leaders, and members to obtain their input on the benefits, needs, and issues associated with the project.
• Maintain the master project plan and schedule for assigned projects.
• Recommend and develop operational or process improvements for the performance and successful functioning of the project team.
• Generate periodic updates and prepare formal presentations for required forums.
• Provide senior management and department heads with project management support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least three (3) years of exposure in Project Management Life Cycle within the regulated industry.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) and proficiency in construction, equipment installation, and project management skills.
